Mission

Our mission is to remember the tragic race riot that occurred in Atlanta September 22-25, 1906. We will work to create public awareness of the riot and its legacy, facilitate open and ongoing dialogue amongst diverse communities, and inspire positive systemic change in Atlanta’s racial relations.
